They called /email regularly to check the status and helped with all sorts of queries They also kept track of the DHL delivery notice and contacted me immediately when it was returned the first time. I took a chance and googled it and fortunately found visa-fee.com. I called them up and I got the scanned copy of my receipt in two days time. By the time I took an appointment for the interview I got the orignal copy of my HDFC receipt by courier.
