Upload/Email scanned copy of passport
After creation of the HDFC request online you are required
to upload/Email the scanned copy of first and last page of the passport.
Once we receive the scanned copy of the passport we validate
the quality of the scanned contents. If we find any issues with the scanned
documents we let you know about what needs to be corrected in the document.

You can make the payment online before/after uploading the passport documents.
The breakup of the amount that needs to be transfered is :
- Non-refundable Visa Application Fee (MRV Fee).
- Non-refundable Service Charge : This includes VFS service charge and Bank service charge.

- Courier Charges if receipt to be couriered internationally.
Get scanned Hdfc receipt followed by courier
After receiving the all the documents and the payment we take 3-5 business
days to get the receipt. After getting the HDFC receipt we send a scanned copy of the same via email so
that you can take the appointment online while the receipt is
couriered. The HDFC bank receipt gets activated in 2 working days
from date of issue. Please do not attempt to take an appointment prior to that.
